Oh Dear! Our time machine travel was a disaster! We went back in time, with our handy time machine, in order to watch our beloved Indianapolis Colts win the Super Duper Bowl. The only problem is that we ran into our cat parents (the cats who bread and had us). Well, our cat mother fell in love with me instead of falling in love with our cat father! I tried everything to get her like him, but she was obsessed with me! I was so worried that if they didn't go the "Enchantment Under the Sea" dance that they would never fall in love and then Opus and I wouldn't exist! As time went on, we noticed that our paws were slowly starting to vanish!- Roscoe
Roscoe! Roscoe! Roscoe! You silly cat! That was a movie we watched last month, you dork!- Opus
Oh yea! You're right! What a great movie too!- Roscoe
I will tell our readers what really happened. We jumped in our time machine, with our good friend Sassy, and headed back to Miami Stadium the night of the Super Duper Bowl 2007.
We got there just time time for a tailgate party just before the game. Sassy started talking to a group of Colt's fans who kindly invited us to join them for brats and beer in the parking lot. They were so excited about the game and it was all we could do to NOT tell them that the wonderful Colts would win!
The seats weren't that great, but we didn't complain! We were just happy to be inside the game! We had a great time cheering on our Colts. A couple of times Roscoe almost spilled the beans about the Colts winning. Sassy and I warned him not to let the cat out of the bag.
We were all a little disappointed with Prince's half time show last year. Apparently Roscoe hated it the most because he sneaked in back stage, catnapped Prince and then went on stage to perform in Prince's place. We don't THINK anyone noticed.
The game ended exactly how we knew it would. It was so much fun to be there in person though. Our new friends invited us to join them in an after game celebration, if we had the time. We told them that we had all the time in the world, literally! - Opus
