Happy President's Day

Before any of you ask.... no, President's Day is NOT celebrated in Italy. Heck, we don't even have a Prime Minster at this point! The job is wide open right now and we are hoping to puuursuade Chey into filling the role.

However, since you can take the cat out of America but you can't take America out of the cat, Roscoe and I are celebrating President's Day.

Did you know that we happen to the decendants of some pretty important historical cats?

Our great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, Grandcat who was the favorite cat of Abraham Lincoln.

Our great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great Grandcat who was the favorite cat of George Washington.

And even our dear friend, Sassy, had a famous great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, Grandcat who acutaly MADE the very first American flag. Although her owner, Besty Ross, took all the credit!

Opus, Roscoe, Momo and Sassy's famous ansectors ingraved forever on Mt.Catmore.

Wishing you all a very Happy President's Day!

While I will continue to run for president (before deciding upon the job) I think I will take that position in Italy... after all it will be the first step towards Critters for Total World Domination.

And hey, pasta is good.

Nope, can't take America out of a transplanted American. You're allowed to celebrate any holidays you want!

We're glad your outside kitty came home after being away for a while and scaring you.

Our Mom has always wanted to see Mt. Rushmore, or should we say Mt. Catmore?!

Opus dude, I must apologize for never noticing how alike our distinctive noses are!

The mom of the house is still stuck in Inday cause of bad weather. Maybe she will get home tomorrow, the weather should be out of the way by midnight tonight. Arghhhh! I don't like the winter.

I like that! And I think Chey would be good for Italy, and take better care of the Forum Cats and the Palatine Hill Cats! They all need fixin' and that little lady that feeds 'em needs her job to be permanent with pay and better food for the cats!
